Love Box Program, Dare to Dream Program
Fostering Families, Youth in Foster Care, Aged Out Youth
Description of Programs:
Love Box - Our Love Box program provides community and holistic support to fostering families, including caregivers, children experiencing foster care, and biological/adopted children. Volunteers spend time building relationships with all member of the family by playing games, sharing meals, and connecting, while also delivering monthly care packages (Love Boxes) based on the families current needs. This wrap-around support empowers caregivers to continue to do the important and meaningful work of being foster parents. Each Love Box volunteer/group will be matched with a local foster family based on location and compatibility.
Dare to Dream - Our Dare to Dream program matches mentors with youth to navigate life's challenges together, providing advice, encouragement, and a supportive community. This program focuses on one-one mentoring for youth (ages 11-22) who are in care, at-risk to age out, or have aged-out. Mentors serve as positive role models who meet with their youth twice monthly to build relationships and empower youth to accomplish their tailored developmental milestones.

Eligibility for our Love Box program - Families actively fostering in the state of New Jersey or families with an active kinship placement in the state of New Jersey.
Eligibility for our Dare to Dream Program - Youth ages 11-22 who are currently in foster care, at risk to age out, or have aged-out in the state of New Jersey.
