Type of Services Provided: ENLS assist clients the low income community in situations affecting their survival. Program Priorities are: Housing, Public Assistance, Family Law, Domestic Violence, Consumer Law, Clearing Criminal Records, Elder Law Unit, Healthcare Law, and Homeless Services.

Population Served: ENLS can only assist people who are low income Essex County residents or if living outside the County have a case in the Superior Court Essex County. Person must be seeking assistance with a civil (not a criminal) matter.
