Short-term, in-home individual and family therapy provided to individual living within Essex, Union, and Middlesex Counties with the goal of stabilizing youth whose goal is adoption, or who have been adopted. Youth can be residing in foster, pre-adoptive and post-adoptive placements. Case management to assist families in obtaining services and support.

Treatment of youth with a history of trauma; addressing the emotional and behavioral concerns of foster youth and adolescents; addressing pre and post adoption concerns.

All clinicians and licensed providers have been trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

All clinicians work within the program's model of Trauma-Informed Care.

Insurance is not billed and there is no out of pocket fee for clients in this program.

No

Referrals accepted from DCP&P in Middlesex, Union, and Essex Counties as well as adoptive parents who reside in those counties.
