PA: Program aims to assist youths leaving foster care (May require subscription)
Altoona Mirror – July 07, 2021
Blair County is preparing to sign an agreement that will help foster youth secure housing when they age out of the child welfare system. As part of the Youth to Independence Initiative offered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Blair County would be able to get as many as 25 vouchers annually for foster youth.
