The concepts of the 3-5-7 Model provide a guided approach to preventative and to placement work with children and their families.  It is a practice methodology that can be woven into Family Finding engagement activities and Family Group Decision Making conferences, both at intake and throughout ongoing case management services, including protective and placement services that can also support kinship, foster and adoptive family placements.
