A Skill-Building Program for Teaching Young Adolescents to Manage Anger

The way in which we, as parents and caregivers, behave when we are angry – especially toward our loved ones – sends a strong message to our children about how we expect them to behave.  If we learn to manage our angry feelings, we increase the likelihood that our children will also learn this important skill.
