For the most part, eight-year-old Korean-born Brian lives life with zest, confident in the love and acceptance of his adoptive family.  But occasionally his thoughts turn to his birth mother and the circumstances surrounding his Adoption.  At these times, his parents wisely and lovingly affirm him, as they have from the very beginning, by giving him a sense of his heritage as well as the knowledge of his unshakable position in their hearts.
