Walk the Talk! The New Quality Improvement Center for Engaging Youth in Finding Permanency January 26, 2022

Print Friendly

Do you want to be at the forefront of increasing youth engagement, especially related to permanency efforts? Join this webinar to learn about the Quality Improvement Center on Engaging Youth in Finding Permanency (QIC-EY) and how your state, county, tribal nation, or territory can partner with the QIC-EY to advance effective youth engagement practices in child welfare and make systemic changes related to how children and youth are authentically engaged.

Launched in October 2021 and funded by the United States Department of Health & Human Services, Administration for Children & Families, Children’s Bureau, the QIC-EY is working to advance child welfare programs and practice to ensure that child welfare agencies are authentically engaging and empowering youth in foster care throughout the U.S., especially in relation to permanency decisions.

This webinar will focus on the following:
• Goals of the QIC-EY
• The expectations and benefits for pilot sites
• The selection process for pilot sites
