The Transition Matters Workshop is a training developed specifically for professionals and parents who are working with high school-age students with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and will require adult services upon exiting the school system.

Parents, caregivers, and professionals navigating the transition years with children
who have intellectual and developmental disabilities between ages 14 and 21.
