New Jersey Adoption Resource Clearing House

The 2023 National Adoption Month theme is all about the importance of finding connections. This year’s webinar will provide professionals with concrete, realistic, and successful strategies about building relationships with youth that allow them to explore their identity and form lifelong connections that support and affirm who they are holistically. Child Welfare Information Gateway in partnership with AdoptUSKids will host a virtual event on behalf of the Children’s Bureau.

This webinar will highlight the importance of permanency for teens in foster care and help adoption professionals know how to empower youth and work with them in finding connections and achieving permanency. Participants will hear from fellow professionals as well as young adults who were adopted as teens.
