We can miss the person who died, AND still experience moments of joy. We can acknowledge the change that loss has brought about AND still be able to live our lives and recognize that we have skills and gifts to share. This workshop will encourage consideration of how to live fully again after a loss by learning how to live in the AND.

Those who attend will be able to:

1. Define what it means to “live in the AND”
2. Identify the connection between grief and learning how to live in the AND
3. Explain how grief is a “liminal space.”
