KAAN’s mission is to build community for adult Korean adoptees, fellow adoptees, and allies through adoptee-centered conferences and events that explore the lifelong adoptee journey.

KAAN welcomes members of the broader adoptee community, including: • International adoptees • Transracial adoptees • Domestic adoptees • Adoptive parents • Partners and spouses • Siblings and children • Friends and members of the adoptee constellation

KAAN conferences are spaces that center adoptees and their lived experiences. Participants come together to share, listen, learn, and support one another in an environment built on trust and openness.
