New Jersey Adoption Resource Clearing House

This workshop will provide essential tips to help caregivers prepare individuals with disabilities to withstand various types of emergencies—from hurricanes to winter storms to manmade disasters. A range of general and disability-related emergency preparedness tips, such as how to set up a support network, will be discussed. Items needed to shelter-in-place or evacuate will be reviewed, as well as the State’s Register Ready program and how to create a support network.
