Please join me in a consultation group for BIPOC professionals that work within domestic infant adoption. As an adoptee and a social worker, working for Pact, an Adoption Alliance, delivering ethical adoption services is very important to me. As a Latina in a field often dominated by white social workers and white adoptive parents, I sometimes find the work of educating clients about the intersections of race, adoption and money, challenging and exhausting. If you do as well, let’s get together, consult about our caseloads, and discuss ways we can work and support one another.

This will be a safe space for BIPOC professionals only to consult and connect about the different areas of our jobs. The group will meet quarterly on Zoom and attendance is free.
