Other Information: Healing & Resilient NJ envisions all New Jersey residents being empowered with the skills and resources they need to be resilient, enabling adaptation in the face of adversity and healing from trauma. Recognizing the impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) on health and well-being across the lifespan, Healing & Resilient NJ seeks to promote Positive Childhood Experiences (PCEs) to foster safe and stable nurturing relationships for all New Jersey children, thereby mitigating the long-term effects of ACEs. This will be achieved through awareness and adoption of trauma informed and healing centered practices.
