Each family’s situation is unique and there is no single set of answers, but by drawing on research, lived experience and current models, this workshop will help pre-adoptive and expectant parents find the child-centered path that considers everyone’s needs and acknowledges the power differentials that exist between adoptees, first/birth families and adoptive families.
