Join us for our 2-part webinar, led by the incredible Amanda Baden, Ph.D. This 2-session group consultation is designed to support and develop adoption-sensitive parenting skills and to prepare adoptive families who adopted children internationally to understand and support the cultural and racial dynamics within their families and the society in which they live. As adoptees reach adolescence and adulthood, family dynamics shift and require adoptive parents to respond and adjust to those changes. Attendees will be introduced to research-based issues and perspectives in adoption that can aid in the development and maintenance of relationships between adoptees and their adoptive families throughout the lifespan.
